In today’s print edition, Corriere dello Sport have examined what has been a whirlwind past year for Inter starlet Sebastiano Esposito.
Back in the January transfer window, French powerhouses Paris Saint Germain showed a keen interest in taking him to the French capital but Esposito rejected their advances and was soon rewarded for doing so as he made his first team debut as he played in the Europa League against Eintracht Frankfurt.
He penned a new contract with the club in the Summer and went on to shine during Inter’s pre-season preparations with him giving a good account of himself against several clubs.
Due to an injury crisis, the 17-year-old Italian youth international has saw far more action as of late and looks set to be given his first start for the Inter first team this weekend against Genoa.
The report goes on to state that a meeting has been planned to discuss a new five year contract between Inter and his new agent Augusto Carpeggiani, who his family chose to represent him, with the approval of Inter.
