Barcelona would allow Arturo Vidal to depart the club amid continued reported interest from Inter if a €25 million offer were to arrive according to a report in today’s print edition of Corriere dello Sport.
Vidal joined the Blaugrana back in 2018 from Bayern Munich and was a central figure in his first season with the club but has found himself largely out of favour this season and has found starting in matches a rare occurrence.
The player has voiced his disappointment about the current situation he finds himself in and his agent has recently met with Barcelona management to reiterate this.
His disappointment could well lead to him seeking a move away from the Catalan giants but it remains to be seen if that will come in January or in the Summer.
Inter have identified him as a player who could strengthen their midfield as January but only wish to take him on loan due to him being 32-years-old.
Barcelona have no intention of loaning him out, even if with an option to buy and want either an outright sale or at worst a loan with an obligation to buy attached. This is due to the fact they need to raise a significant sum for financial fair play purposes.
