Barcelona want €20 million to part ways with want-away midfielder Arturo Vidal according to a report in today’s print edition of Gazzetta dello Sport.

The Chilean international midfielder is seemingly looking to force his way out of the club due to being unhappy with his current playing situation but will not be allowed to leave unless the Blaugrana’s terms are met.

Inter have shown a strong interest and signing him and want to take him on loan for the remainder of the season to bolster Antonio Conte’s midfield and at most on loan with an option to buy but Barcelona are adamant that they will only let him leave in a cash offer.

The reason for this is because Barcelona need to raise €150 million by next Summer for financial fair play purposes.

The report from the Milanese newspaper goes on to state that Inter remain interested in signing Chelsea’s Marcos Alonso but need Chelsea to drop their €35 million demands.
