Genoa manager Thiago Motta will have to do without several starters for this weekend’s match away to Inter according to a report in today’s print edition of Turin newspaper Tuttosport.

Much like their opponents, Genoa are also dealing with an injury crisis of sorts. Cristian Zapata, Christian Kouame and Lukas Lerager are all certain to miss the match at San Siro whilst Andrea Favilli and Stefano Sturaro are serious doubts for the match.

On top of all of this, Motta will continue to be without the experienced Goran Pandev. The 36-year-old will serve the second of his three match suspension following his sending off against Lecce in recent weeks.

The report does however go on to state that it is not all doom and gloom for under fire Motta, who has failed to change the fortunes of the Rossoblu since taking charge. Kevin Agudelo is set to make a return to action following recent absence.
