Inter target Arturo Vidal discussed rumours that he would be leaving Barcelona in January to join the Nerazzurri in an interview with gathered reporters in Chile today, with Chilean media outlet Alairelibre noting his words.

“My sale? I’m not thinking about it, even less now that I’m on holiday. My agent is handling it. I’m super calm and happy at Barcelona, then we’ll see when I get back. It’s not me who decides whether or not to play and, in any case, I will always help Barcelona. And people know my value, that makes me calm.”

Vidal has been linked with a move away from the Blaugrana in the upcoming January transfer window, due to a lack of consistent playing time at the club as well as a poor relationship with coach Ernesto Valverde. Inter coach Antonio Conte is incredibly keen to bring the player into Milan and use him to strengthen the club’s midfield department.
