Inter winger Matteo Politano would be open to a January transfer window move to fellow Serie A club Napoli according to a report from Italian radio station Radio Kiss Kiss Napoli.

Napoli president and owner Aurelio De Laurentiis has already made an enquiry to Inter with regard to the Italian winger’s availability and Politano, as per the report, is waiting to see if Antonio Conte intends to up his usage in the second half of the season.

Politano has fallen right down the pecking order this season and has started just twice. He has made 14 appearances in total across all competitions although he has only been on the pitch for a total of 305 minutes, in which he has failed to score or provide any assists.

The 26-year-old joined Inter on a permanent basis this past Summer having spent the previous season on loan at the Nerazzurri from Sassuolo.

Since joining, he has made a total of 62 appearances across all competitions and has scored six goals and given just as many assists.
