Ionut Radu’s agent Oscar Damiani has dismissed recent media speculation that his client could return early to Inter from his loan spell with fellow Serie A club Genoa.

Reports in the past few days have suggested that the Rossoblu, who are currently bottom of Serie A, are looking to bring in Mattia Perin in a bid to stop them shipping so many goals with Radu having conceded no less than 35 in 17 league appearances.

The reports have stated that if Perin is brought back to the club from Juventus then the Grifone will send Radu back to Inter, six months ahead of schedule.

“I think nothing of the speculation. He is playing as a starter and doing well for Genoa. It would not make sense for him to move away in January. He will stay in Liguria and then in June he will return to Inter as scheduled,” Damiani explained in an interview with FCInterNews.it.
