A report in today’s print edition of Spanish newspaper Marca advises Barcelona to try and sell both of Arturo Vidal and Ivan Rakitic as soon as possible.

The midfielders deals with the reigning La Liga champions are due to expire at the end of next season and there is no shortage of interest in either player and Barcelona should look to sell as soon as in order to allow them to maximise the amount of money they could receive.

Vidal has drawn very strong links to Inter ahead of the January transfer window. Inter are wanting to sign him on a loan with option to buy basis for a reported €12 million whilst Barcelona are believed to be demanding between €20 and €25 million for the 32-year-old Chilean international.

Rakitic has also recently drawn links to Inter as well as the Nerazzurri’s city rivals AC Milan. Juventus and Manchester United have both also been linked with the Croatian.
