Inter are prepared to make a heavy investment in Atalanta owned midfielder Dejan Kulusevski, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Rome based newspaper Corriere dello Sport.
The report details how the 19-year-old Swedish midfielder is held in high regard by the Nerazzurri’s management, both due to his young age and incredibly high potential. The Nerazzurri believe that they are ahead in the race to sign the player from Atalanta and have prepared an offer of €35 million plus bonuses for the player. The bonuses could be in the region of €5-7 million.
Inter would like to close out the deal for June, the report continues, in order to beat Juventus for his signature. The player was recently awarded the Serie A player of the month for December, due to his strong performances with Parma, who are desperate to retain his services until the end of the season, rather than losing him in January.
