Atalanta could make a move for Inter defender Federico Dimarco if they are to progress to the next round of the Coppa Italia according to a report in today’s print edition of Corriere della Sera.

The Bergamo based club are one of several Serie A clubs to have taken an interest in the 22-year-old full back whose future looks more than likely to be away from Inter, who he came through the youth ranks of.

Dimarco has struggled to force his way into the team under a number of different managers in recent seasons at the Nerazzurri and is now at the stage of his career where he needs to be playing regular football.

The Italian has been limited to just two appearances across all competitions this season with both of those appearances coming off of the substitutes bench.

Dimarco has also been linked with moves to Parma and Udinese in recent weeks.
