In today’s print edition, Corriere dello Sport have taken a look at the similarities in Inter’s pursuits of Arturo Vidal and Christian Eriksen.
Both players want away from their respective clubs and both are expected to cost a similar amount between the fee to sign them as well as their wages.
Barcelona have made it clear to Inter that they want €20 million for Vidal and would accept a loan with obligation to buy deal if Inter are unable to buy him outright this window.
Inter are however hopeful of getting the Chilean international for a little less. Inter value him at €12-13 million and would rather just have a simple option to sign him at the end of the loan deal.
As for Eriksen, Inter have been in contact with his agent Martin Schoots and their move for him totals €25 million. Spurs would ultimately prefer to get rid of Eriksen this month to avoid losing him for nothing but it will all ultimately come down to the player himself, who seemingly has a move to Real Madrid on his mind at the end of the season.
