Reports circulating in the Turkish media that Inter defender Diego Godin could be set to leave the club to join Galatasaray are not to be believed according to a report from FCInterNews.it.

Inter are not considering letting Godin go during the course of this transfer window and have no received any offers whatsoever for him, despite the fact reports in Spain have also recently linked him with a return there.

The veteran Uruguayan international, who joined Inter on a free transfer during the Summer transfer window, is understood to be completely happy at the Nerazzurri and has no intention of leaving the club either.

The 33-year-old has made 16 appearances across all competitions this season. In 1134 minutes on the field, he has contributed a single assist with that coming as he assisted Stefano Sensi’s goal in Inter’s 1-0 win at home to Udinese back on match day three of the 2019/20 Serie A season.
