Inter will make another move for Barcelona midfielder Arturo Vidal after the Blaugrana’s Spanish Super Cup match-up with Atletico Madrid according to a report in today’s print edition of Tuttosport.

Vidal’s agent Fernando Felicevich is due to arrive in Italy today to hold talks with Inter management over the potential transfer of his client.

Inter are readying a loan with option to buy offer that would total €20 million and thus met Barcelona’s demands for the 32-year-old Chilean international, who has grown unhappy with his lack of playing time this season and wants a move to Inter.

Inter will finance this move through the sale of striker Gabriel ‘Gabigol’ Barbosa. Flamengo have offered €18 million for 80% of his registration rights but his salary demands pose a problem for them.

Barcelona manager Ernesto Valverde is reluctant to let Vidal go and is seeking guarantees from club management that if he does go, he will be replaced by Dani Olmo.
