Inter are on the verge of securing their first signing of this summer’s transfer window, namely Hellas Verona’s Albanian central defender Marash Kumbulla, Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia’s transfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio reports.

According to the report, the Nerazzurri have managed to overcome all competition for the youngster, who was born in February 2000 and who has had a stellar season so far with newly promoted Hellas Verona who have decided to give Inter “a channel of preference.”

Furthermore, it is reported that should the deal be concluded and an agreement between the parties be reached, the Nerazzurri are sending young Italian left back Federico Dimarco to Hellas Verona during the current transfer window as part payment.

Marash Kumbulla came up the youth ranks at Hellas Verona and so far this seasonhe has featured 12 times across all competitions for the club scoring once in the process. Kumbulla has aldo won 1 cap with Albania in a 4-0 win this past October against Moldova.
