Inter have presented Tottenham Hotspur’s Danish international midfielder Christian Eriksen with an offer Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia’s transfer market expert Gianluca Di marzio reports.
According to the report, the Nerazzurri are very serious in their attempts to sign the Danish international midfielder and have these past few hours presented the player’s agent Martin Schoots with an important contract offer.
Furthermore, it is reported that the Nerazzurri are now expecting to see how Eriksen responds to the offer. Should he respond in a positive manner, Inter will then contact Tottenham to see if they can negotiate a transfer during this window.
If talks with Spurs were to not be succeed, the Nerazzurri will try to sign Eriksen at the end of this coming June, when his contract with the Premier League outfit expires.
According to Di Marzio, Eriksen will be informed as to the details of this offer during this weekend and a response is expected on Monday or Tuesday.
