During today’s pre-match press conference ahead of tomorrow’s match with Norwich, Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has discussed Ashley Young’s situation with the club amidst interest from Inter.

“He is one of our players, our captain, there is loads of speculation, we have just got to handle it and Ashley has been very professional and focused so I do not think that is going to change,” he began.

“That is a discussion me and Ash will have if it comes up, we have not got too many players fit and ready so we need the ones we have.

“Ashley has been very, very good for this club, he has been a very good captain this season, so let us see where we are in June – and February as well.”

As per reports, 34-year-old Young has already agreed a contract with Inter and has also rejected a new contract offer from United, where he has been playing his football since 2011.
