Inter are set to carry out their summer training camp in Appiano Gentile and not Lugano, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Rome based newspaper Corriere dello Sport.

The report details how work is currently on going at the club’s training ground to complete the hotel where the players will be able to stay during the summer camp. The idea is to carry out the training camp in Appiano, rather than heading to Lugano, the location of last summer’s training camp.

After the normal training camp, the report continues, the Nerazzurri will then tour in the United States of America. After this, they will take part in the International Champions Cup, which is set to take place in late August, rather than at the end of July.

This summer’s training camp will be coach Antonio Conte’s second with Inter, helping him to further drill his philosophy into the squad and discover any new young talents, like the Sebastiano Esposito case last summer.
