A report from Italian broadcaster Sport Mediaset has analysed the complicated situation of Inter target, Barcelona midfielder Arturo Vidal.

The report details how there’s three main factors involved in Arturo Vidal’s situation at Barcelona beginning with the Blaugrana’s possible decision to dismiss coach Ernesto Valverde before the end of this month.

Secondly Beppe Marotta has concerns about the character of the Chilean midfielder and thirdly the possibility of signing Christian Eriksen.

Coach Antonio Conte would happily work with the midfielder, the report continues, but Marotta hasn’t forgotten the more troubling aspects of Vidal’s character, seen during their time together at Juventus.

The possibility of signing unhappy Tottenham midfielder Christian Eriksen is also appealing, especially considering his younger age and low cost compared to his value.

Eriksen is wanted by top clubs around Europe and Spurs want €20 million for his signature, the report adds, the same price requested by Barcelona for the 32-year-old Chilean.
