Paris Saint Germain full back Layvin Kurzawa turned down an offer from Inter a few weeks ago, but the club are still hoping to convince him to head to Milan, according to a report in today’s paper edition of the French newspaper L’Equipe.

The report details how the 27-year-old Frenchman, whose contract expires with the Ligue 1 giants this June, expected to leave the French capital last summer, but ended up remaining with PSG. This season he has been used lightly by coach Thomas Tuchel, only making 13 appearances across all competitions for a total of 748 minutes.

Whilst he initially wanted to stay with the club until his contract expired, the lack of playing time has now pushed him to consider moving elsewhere this month.

Inter made an offer for him a few weeks ago, the report continues, but the player turned it down, despite offering him high wages and promising him consistent playing time.

However, the Milanese club haven’t given up hope and considering his change of heart in recent days, the Nerazzurri may look to submit another offer for him.
