Inter manager Antonio Conte will make no less than seven changes to the Inter starting line-up for tonight’s Coppa Italia clash with Cagliari according to a report in today’s print edition of Corriere dello Sport.

Milan Skriniar will return after serving a suspension versus Atalanta at the weekend and Andrea Ranocchia will come in for a rare appearance. The duo will take the places of Stefan de Vrij and Alessandro Bastoni.

Federico Dimarco and Valentino Lazaro will be brought in and play at left and right wing back respectively with Cristiano Biraghi and Antonio Candreva to be given a rest.

Nicolo Barella will come back having also served a suspension and Borja Valero will also be back in the line-up. They will take the places of Stefano Sensi and Roberto Gagliardini.

The final change concerns the attack. Alexis Sanchez will return from injury and he will replace Lautaro Martinez and partner Romelu Lukaku up top.

Inter probable starting line-up (3-5-2): Samir Handanovic; Diego Godin, Andrea Ranocchia, Milan Skriniar; Valentino Lazaro, Nicolo Barella, Borja Valero, Marcelo Brozovic, Federico Dimarco; Alexis Sanchez, Romelu Lukaku.
