Inter manager Antonio Conte will make several changes to the side that started Tuesday’s 4-1 Coppa Italia win over Cagliari for this weekend’s match away to Lecce according to a report in today’s print edition of Corriere dello Sport.

Stefan de Vrij will return to the starting line-up having been given the opportunity to rest and will take the place of Andrea Ranocchia whilst Alessandro Bastoni is also likely to return in place of Diego Godin. Antonio Candreva will also return and he will take the place of Valentino Lazaro.

In the midfield, Marcelo Brozovic and Nicolo Barella will retain their places meanwhile Stefano Sensi will come in in place of Borja Valero meaning the trio will get the chance to all play together for the first time in some time from the start of a match.

The final change Conte will make concerns the attack. Alexis Sanchez will drop out and will be replaced by Lautaro Martinez.
