There is a lot of tension between Roma and Inter, with the Giallorossi considering taking legal action regarding the Nerazzurri’s actions in the Leonardo Spinazzola and Matteo Politano swap deal, according to a report from today’s paper edition of la Repubblica.

The report details how the Giallorossi are convinced that Inter delayed the Politano and Spinazzola swap deal because they reached a strong point in the negotiations for Manchester United full back Ashley Young and were offered Victor Moses by Chelsea.

Inter would therefore not need another full back, pushing Roma to believe they changed the terms of the deal and asked for another medical examination for Spinazzola in order to play for time.

Young signed for Inter yesterday, the report continues, with both Antonio Conte and Beppe Marotta finally achieving a goal they’d been working towards for months.

The Englishman can play on both the left and right side, useful for Conte’s rotations. He signed a six-month contract with the Nerazzurri, with an option to extend for next season as well.

Moses is another option for the Milanese club, the report continues. The 29-year-old Nigerian winger had flourished under Conte during the Italian’s time in charge of the South London club but is now on loan with Fenerbahçe.
