Inter owned forward Andrea Pinamonti is set to leave Genoa for Cagliari, opening up a small domino effect, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Turin based newspaper Tuttosport.

The report details how if Pinamonti heads to Sardinia to join Cagliari, 23-year-old Italian forward Alberto Cerri could then leave the Rossoblu to join SPAL. The Ferrara based club, however, aren’t keen to rush the deal as they are waiting to see what will happen with Inter forward Sebastiano Esposito.

If Chelsea striker Olivier Giroud joins the Nerazzurri this month, the report continues, then the 17-year-old Italian striker could leave Milan on a loan deal. SPAL would be incredibly keen to take him, appreciating his potential and already strong performances despite his young age.

Esposito has made eight appearances across all competitions for Inter so far this season, scoring one goal thanks to a penalty gifted to him by teammate and friend Romelu Lukaku.
