Inter are looking stronger heading into the second half of the season, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Milano based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport.
The report details how the Nerazzurri will finally have both Stefano Sensi and Nicolo Barella starting together again, for the first time since the Nerazzurri’s league clash against Juventus at the start of October.
The Milanese side’s attacking duo of Romelu Lukaku and Lautaro Martinez are working together better than ever, with a goal tally of 24 goals between them after 19 games.
The Nerazzurri will also be more accustomed to coach Antonio Conte’s tactical system, the report continues, compared to the start of the season.
New arrivals, such as Ashley Young and potentially Christian Eriksen, will help to give Conte more options when rotating the squad and allow him to deploy different players for different situations. The 50-year-old Italian coach will only prove more decisive for the Milanese side in the second half of this season.
