Italian journalist Fabrizio Biasin analysed Inter’s 1-1 draw against Lecce yesterday on his Twitter page.

The Nerazzurri initially took the lead in yesterday’s game after 70 minutes, thanks to Italian defender Alessandro Bastoni’s first goal for the club. However, less than six minutes later they conceded an equaliser, scored by Lecce midfielder Marco Mancosu.

The Nerazzurri are still second in the league table but are only one point ahead of the third-placed Lazio, who have a game in hand.

Biasin discussed the game in a Twitter post, saying: “Lecce were well organised in defence.

“Inter put in a tide of crosses that were not very dangerous. For once they looked more like Spalletti’s Inter than Conte’s Inter.

“Today they could definitely have done with the guy who is about to arrive, Christian Eriksen.”
