Inter have tabled a contract offer to Manchester United youngster Tahith Chong according to a report from FCInterNews.it.

The Curacao-born Dutch youth international is out of contract at the end of this season and Inter met with his agent Mohamed Sinouh earlier on today.

Sinouh asked Inter to give his client a five year contract with a salary that would increase as the years go by. He wanted his client to earn €2 million in the first season, €2.2 million in the second, €2.5 million in the third, €2.7 million on the fourth and €3 million in the fifth year.

Sinouh himself also made it clear that he was looking for between €6-7 million in commission fees.

The report goes on to explain that Inter have however offered €1.8 million as a commission fee to Sinouh and a contract starting at €1.2 million that will rise to €2 million to Chong.

This season Chong has made eight appearances at first team level for United. He has however been unable to make any goal contributions.
