The former Chelsea man underlined how happy he was to be at Inter and to once again be working with Antonio Conte, whom he spent two successful seasons under in England.

“I didn’t know I was the 8th Nigerian to play for Inter. It is an honor to play for Inter and I am looking forward to it and to the future as well.”

“It is an honor to be here, I will give it my all and to my best to help the team. There’s already quality players in this team. I want to give what I’ve got on top of what we’ve already got, it will be a bonus for us.”

“Being reunited with the gaffer is something I am looking forward to. He has told me his plans, where the club is heading and I think I want to be a part of it.”

“I am happy to be here, I just wanna enjoy my football and help the team, that’s the most important thing.”

“I’ll need some time to adapt and to start winning games and to the best we can to win the league this year. We know it is going to be a difficult season this year, with a lot of competition, but we’ll do the best we can to make the fans proud an try to win the league.”
