Inter’s Italian international winger Matteo Politano has accepted a move to Napoli, Italian media outlet Gazzetta dello Sport reported moments ago on their official homepage.

According to the report, the former Sassuolo player moments ago gave his seal of approval to the transfer which would see him join the Partenopei until the end of June 2024 and which would see him earn €2 million net per season.

Furthermore it is reported that Inter and Napoli have already found an agreement on the basis of an 18 month loan with an obligation to buy at the end of that set at €20 million. Now the two clubs will sit down to finalize the agreement as well as discuss the inclusion of Spanish striker Fernando Llorente who would go the opposite way join the Nerazzurri but on a dry loan until the end of the season.

Politano joined Inter in the summer of 2018 and has since making the move featured 63 times across all competitions scoring 6 goals in the process.
