Marcelo Brozovic will be unavailable to Inter manager Antonio Conte for tomorrow night’s Coppa Italia quarter final match against Fiorentina due to injury according to a report from Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia.

The Croatian international midfielder took a knock to his ankle during the 1-1 draw away to Lecce a few weeks back and was forced to miss this past Sunday’s Serie A match at home to Cagliari, which also ended 1-1.

Brozovic’s condition has improved but not enough to be available for selection for the match against La Viola. Brozovic will try his utmost to recover in time for this weekend’s Serie A match away to Udinese.

The report goes on to add that Milan Skriniar has recovered from illness which forced him off the pitch on Sunday after just 17 minutes on the park and will be back available.

Finally, the report adds that it remains to be seen if Inter’s newest recruit Christian Eriksen will be included in the squad or not.
