Christian Eriksen could be included in the Inter squad for tomorrow’s Coppa Italia quarter final match-up with Fiorentina according to a report in today’s print edition of Gazzetta dello Sport.

In order for this to happen, all the relevant paperwork needs to be cleared. If it is not, Eriksen will be present at the San Siro stadium and will take the game in and will, in all likelihood, be presented to the fans in attendance, on the pitch, before the match kicks-off.

The report from the Milan based newspaper goes on to report that Eriksen will take part in his first training sessions with his new teammates this afternoon.

Despite playing 28 games already this season for Tottenham Hotspur, Eriksen is unlikely to start this weekend’s match away to Udinese.

Due to needing to adapt and get used to new manager Antonio Conte’s ways, it is far more likely that he will start in the Derby della Madonnina with AC Milan on February 9.
