Parma remain hopeful that they will be able to agree a deal with Inter to take Sebastiano Esposito on loan for the remainder of the 2019/20 season according to a report in today’s print edition of Tuttosport.

Parma sporting director Daniele Faggiano met with Inter management a few weeks back and after the meeting he admitted that Esposito’s name was not brought up in conversation but he did confirm that the Ducali club are interested in him.

The Emilia-Romagna based team are looking to bring in another striker due to the injury of Roberto Inglese and appear to have set their sights on signing Inter’s 17-year-old sensation.

The report from the Turin based newspaper goes on to state that Parma are hopeful that due to agreeing to take Ionut Radu on loan, Inter may be more open to the idea of loaning Esposito to them.

Esposito has made eight appearances at first team level for Inter this season, in which he has scored one goal.
