Matias Vecino will be included in Inter’s squad for tomorrow night’s Coppa Italia quarter final clash at home to Fiorentina according to a report from Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia transfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio.

As per the report, which appeared on Di Marzio’s eponymous website, it is becoming increasingly likely that the Uruguayan international will stay with Inter.

For the past few days the former Fiorentina player has looked destined to leave the club amid interest from Premier League club Everton in particular but the club are becoming increasingly inclined to keep him.

The reason for this is because Inter have not received the offers they hoped they would for the 28-year-old, who joined the club back in the Summer of 2017.

This season Vecino, who is under contract with the club for another two and a half years, has made 17 appearances across all competitions. In 1136 minutes, he has scored two goals and provided a single assist.
