Inter and Parma have come to an agreement over a loan move for goalkeeper Ionut Radu according to a report in today’s print edition of Corriere dello Sport.
The 22-year-old shot-stopper joined Genoa on loan for the 2019/20 season but that loan will be cut short due to the fact Radu has lost his place in the team following the arrival of the much more experienced Mattia Perin.
Rather than return to Inter, where he would find playing time limited as well, the Romanian international will join the Ducali on loan for the remainder of this season.
Parma’s number one goalkeeper Luigi Sepe has recently sustained an injury and Parma moved quickly to try and get a deal done for the promising Radu, who is in the midst of his second season at Serie A level.
In 19 games across all competitions to date this season, Radu has conceded 37 goals and has kept two clean sheets.
