Inter could reinstate Radja Nainggolan with the club upon his return in the Summer according to a report from TuttoMercatoWeb.

Nainggolan was one of several players deemed to be out of the club’s project this past Summer and just a season after his move from Roma, he was shipped out on loan to Cagliari.

The Belgian midfielder has found his best form again back at the Sardinian club and it is for this reason that Inter are considering giving him another chance with the club rather than trying to offload him permanently in the Summer.

The 31-year-old, who is under contract with Inter until the end of the 2021/22 season, has made 21 appearances across all competitions this season whilst on loan at Cagliari.

In 1673 minutes on the field, he has netted five goals, including one against Inter in the recent 1-1 draw between the two clubs in Serie A. Moreover, he has also provided five assists for his teammates.
