Inter coach Antonio Conte has a slight midfield injury crisis but Marcelo Brozovic has left with the squad for the trip to Udine, according to a report from Italian broadcaster Sky Sports Italia earlier today.

The report details how the 27-year-old Croatian midfielder was in doubt for tomorrow’s league clash against Udinese, but clearly Conte believes that the player is fit enough to join the squad. Whether he will start or be on the bench is unknown, considering Conte’s other options. Kwadwo Asamoah has also been brought along with the squad.

Stefano Sensi, Borja Valero and Roberto Gagliardini have all been left in Milan, the report continues. This gives Conte the option to gift Danish midfielder Christian Eriksen his first start for the club and allow him to make his league debut. In attack, Italian teenager Sebastiano Esposito seems more likely to start over Chilean forward Alexis Sanchez, who disappointed against Fiorentina earlier in the week.
