Mauro Icardi – Paris Saint Germain: Icardi’s poor form in front of goal has now stretched to six games across all competitions after he failed to score in the wins over Pau in the Coupe de Ligue and Montepellier in Ligue 1. The 26-year-old won 50% of his attacking duels against Pau and also had a 100% cross completion rate. Against Montpellier he failed to win any attacking duels in what was a very poor performance for him.

Ivan Perisic – Bayern Munich: Perisic played all of Bayern’s 3-1 win over Mainz, a result which put them to the top of the league table after RB Leipzig failed to win for the second consecutive week. The Croatian international failed to succeed with any of his dribble attempts and also failed to connect with any crosses. He did however win all four of his aerial duels.

Radja Nainggolan – Cagliari: Nainggolan played every minute of Cagliari’s 2-2 draw at home to Parma. He won 50% of his aerial duels and succeeded with 50% of his dribble and cross attempts. He won 40% of his defensive duels and made four interceptions too.

Dalbert – Fiorentina: The 26-year-old returned after missing La Viola’s last match due to suspension but could not prevent his side from falling to a 3-0 away loss to Juventus. Dalbert won 47% of his defensive duels and even made nine interceptions but really struggled to make an impact in the attacking phase as he made zero accurate crosses, failed to succeed in any dribble attempts and won just 20% of his attacking duels.

Joao Mario – Lokomotiv Moscow: Lokomotiv Moscow’s remain on winter break and have a few more friendlies lined up before their league campaign starts up again at the end of this month.

Ionut Andrei Radu – Parma: The Romanian had spent the first half of the season out on loan at Genoa but lost his place in the team and completed a January transfer deadline day switch to Parma. He was an unused substitute for Parma’s 2-2 draw with Cagliari but should get plenty game time between now and the end of this season.

Andrea Pinamonti – Genoa: Pinamonti played 88 minutes of Genoa’s 2-2 draw away to Atalanta but for the fifth game in a row, he failed to make any goal contributions whatsoever. The young striker had an alright game aside from this as he completed all of his crosses and won 44% of his attacking duels.

Yann Karamoh – Parma: Karamoh did not feature in Parma’s 2-2 draw with Cagliari over the weekend and remains out on the sidelines due to injury.

Valentino Lazaro – Newcastle United: The Austrian international made his debut for the Magpies this past weekend with him playing 41 minutes of their goalless Premier League draw with Norwich City. He won 67% of his defensive duels, won 50% of his aerial duels and made a single interception. He did not have much success going forward though as he failed to win any of his attacking duels or succeed in any of his dribble attempts.
