Inter striker Romelu Lukaku has scored almost as many goals as the players currently in AC Milan’s squad, according to a report from the official Inter site.

The report details how the 26-year-old Belgian forward has scored 16 goals in 22 league appearances so far this season. In his 1886 minutes on the pitch in the league, the player has been a consistent and regular goal scorer, scoring a goal every 118 minutes. He has also provided two assists in the league.

Players currently in AC Milan’s squad, the report continues, have only scored 17, one more than the former Manchester United striker. The Rossoneri have scored 23 goals in the league so far this season, but six of them were scored by players who departed in last month’s transfer window.

In his seven games across the Champions League and the Coppa Italia, Lukaku has scored four goals and provided two assists, forming a formidable partnership with Lautaro Martinez.
