Inter won the derby della Madonnina against cross-town rivals AC Milan in the Serie A after coming back from 2 goals down at half-time to win 4-2.

After a first 45 minutes where AC Milan dominated the match completely, Inter came back as a new team in the second half to turn the game on its head in a crazy derby game at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza in Milano’s San Siro district.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic assisted Ante Rebic before doubling the Rossoneri’s lead himself just before the interval. In the second half the tables were turned and two quick goals in two minutes from Brozovic and Vecino leveled proceedings.

From then on Inter chased a leading goal which they got after a beautiful header from Stefan de Vrij before Romelu Lukaku secured the three points with another header.
