As part of an interview with Inter’s official club broadcaster Inter TV show ‘Unboxing’, Inter central midfielder Roberto Gagliardini has spoken on how he has grown as a player in his time with the club.

The Italian national team midfielder initially joined Inter in a six month loan deal back in January 2017 from fellow Serie A side Atalanta and Inter turned his stay with the club into a permanent one that Summer.

The 25-year-old has made 87 appearances across all competitions to date in the Nerazzurri shirt. His total goal tally is nine and he has provided a total of three assists too.

This season he has made 15 appearances across all competitions but has found opportunities limited as of late due to a series of injuries. In just over 1000 minutes on the field this term he has scored two goals and has tallied just as many assists.

“I am getting a lot out of my time at Inter, when I arrived it was one emotion after another. All is good and all positive, things are going well. I think I have matured a lot and have had many experiences, I believe I have grown in the past three years,” Gagliardini, who is under contract until 2023, said.
