Inter manager Antonio Conte will make several changes to the side that started Wednesday’s 1-0 Coppa Italia loss to Napoli for Sunday’s clash with fellow Serie A title challengers Lazio according to a report in today’s print edition of Gazzetta dello Sport.

The former Italian national team manager will firstly swap from the tried and tested 3-5-2 system that Inter have almost exclusively used this season to a 3-4-1-2 system.

Ashley Young will come back into the starting line-up at left back and will take the place of Cristiano Biraghi whilst Antonio Candreva will be back at right wing back in place of Victor Moses although it is possible that Conte could choose Danilo D’Ambrosio over Candreva.

With the change in system, Stefano Sensi will drop out and Conte will in all likelihood select Christian Eriksen in the attacking midfield role in behind the two strikers.

Probable Inter starting line-up (3-4-1-2): Daniele Padelli; Milan Skriniar, Stefan De Vrij, Alessandro Bastoni; Antonio Candreva, Nicolo Barella, Marcelo Brozovic, Ashley Young; Christian Eriksen; Romelu Lukaku, Lautaro Martinez.
