Inter manager Antonio Conte did not go over the top with his reaction when discussing Sunday night’s loss to Lazio with the team according to a report in the print edition of Milan based newspaper Corriere della Sera.

Conte saw his side take a 1-0 lead on the stroke of half time through January transfer window recruit Ashley Young but had to watch on as his side failed to build on this in the second half and would end up going on to lose 2-1 after goals from Lazio pair Ciro Immobile and Sergej Milinkovic-Savic, both of which Conte said were avoidable in his post match interviews with the media.

Conte made it clear to the players that some of the errors committed during the match were inexcusable and it now remains to be seen how the Inter team react to their second straight defeat across all competitions when they travel to Bulgaria to play the first leg of their Europa League round of 32 tie with Ludogorets on Thursday night.
