Neither Stefano Sensi nor Samir Handanovic will be available for Inter’s Europa League last 32 first leg away to Ludogorets on Thursday according to a report from Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia.

Sensi sustained a hairline fracture to his foot a few days ago and was forced to miss Sunday’s top of the table clash with Lazio, which Inter lost 2-1.

The Italian national team midfielder has really struggled to stay fit this season with him having had no luck with injuries. It is unlikely that he will be available for the match with Sampdoria this weekend either.

As for Handanovic, the Slovenian shot-stopper and Inter club captain has missed the Nerazzurri’s past four games with a hairline fracture to the small finger in his left hand.

The report states that the experienced 35-year-old could well return for the match against Sampdoria at San Siro, failing that he could return for the second leg against Ludogorets.
