Inter manager Antonio Conte is to make a trio of changes to the side for tonight’s Europa League round of 32 match at home to Ludogorets compared to the side that started last week’s first leg according to a report from Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia.

Daniele Padelli is to retain his position in between the sticks and it may be the last time he plays for a while with Samir Handanovic set to return against Juventus this coming weekend.

Danilo D’Ambrosio and Andrea Ranocchia will keep their places but rather than have Diego Godin alongside them they will have talented youngster Alessandro Bastoni instead.

Nicolo Barella will come into the midfield in place of Matias Vecino and the final change will be in the attack with Romelu Lukaku to come in and partner Alexis Sanchez.

Probable Inter starting line-up (3-5-2): Daniele Padelli; Danilo D’Ambrosio, Andrea Ranocchia, Alessandro Bastoni; Victor Moses, Nicolo Barella, Borja Valero, Christian Eriksen, Cristiano Biraghi; Romelu Lukaku, Alexis Sanchez.
