Bayern Munich will make a decision on the future of Ivan Perisic with the club upon his return from injury according to a report from CalcioMercato.com.

The Croatian national team winger is currently out on the sidelines due to a fractured ankle that he sustained in training in recent weeks and he is not expected back until nearer the end of the season.

Perisic joined the reigning German champions this past Summer from Inter on a season long loan deal with an option to buy of €20 million attached.

As per the report, as things stand Bayern Munich currently have doubts over whether to sign the 31-year-old on a permanent basis or not.

This is not the first report to suggest this either with other reports in recent weeks suggesting they are not keen on signing him up as they are planning on moving for Manchester City winger Leroy Sane in the Summer.

Whilst on loan in Bavaria, Perisic has made 22 appearances across all competitions, during which time he has scored five goals and tallied eight assists.
