Italian journalist Luigi Garlando commented on Lega Serie A president Paolo Dal Pino and his response to Inter CEO Beppe Marotta in a post on his Twitter this morning.

“Mr Dal Pino should also answer Liverani, Gattuso and the many bewildered by the management of the calendar and the saloon doors that open and close. It looks like the old man driving the wrong way round the motorway, convinced that the others are the wrong way round.”

Five Serie A games were postponed by the League due to fears around the spread of the Coronavirus. Many teams, including Inter, are furious about the decision, in part due to the changing position of the League. Initially they gave the green light for the games to be played behind closed doors, but now they have been moved to the 13th May.
