Inter Owned Radja Nainggolan: “My Future? I’m Thinking About Finishing The League & Giving My All For Cagliari”

Radja Nainggolan has admitted that he is not currently thinking about where his future could lie past the end of this season.

The Belgian central midfielder is under contract with Inter until the end of the 2021/22 season and is currently out on loan at fellow Serie A club Cagliari.

The 31-year-old, alongside Mauro Icardi and Ivan Perisic, was told this past Summer that he was no longer deemed as part of the project by the Inter management which led to him being loaned to the Rossoblu club.

Nainggolan has been able to find his best form again whilst back in Sardinia but it remains to be seen whether or not he will join permanently come the end of the season. One report has suggested that if he does not join Cagliari on a permanent basis, Inter will look to sell him elsewhere.

“I’m not thinking about anything for now, I just think about finishing the league and giving my all for Cagliari,” he remarked in an interview with Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia following Cagliari’s 4-3 defeat against Roma.
