Inter plan to bring in at least two new players capable of occupying the wing back slots in manager Antonio Conte’s 3-5-2 system in the upcoming Summer transfer window according to a report from CalcioMercato.com.
As things stand, Inter do not intend to take up the purchase options on either Cristiano Biraghi or Victor Moses whilst they will also look to move Dalbert on.
The contract extension clause in Ashley Young’s contract will be activated meaning he will still be with Inter next season as will Antonio Candreva.
One name seemingly under consideration is that of Fiorentina’s Federico Chiesa. Conte is believed to be a big fan of the Italian starlet and really appreciates his work rate and his ability in one on one dribbling situations.
Inter are also monitoring Atalanta’s Robin Gosens as per the report. The German has started at left wing this term for the Bergamo side having scored eight goals and provided five assists.
