The Coppa Italia semi finals and final could be played in the last week of May according to a report in today’s print edition of Corriere dello Sport.

The second legs of both semi finals which were postponed as a result of the ongoing concern about the possible spread of Coronavirus in the country.

Juventus and AC Milan were due to play last night whilst Napoli and Inter were to play tonight but due to a lack of available dates in the schedule, it could be decided that the semi final second legs and final could take place over a few days at the end of May.

This idea does however entirely depend on how Juventus, Napoli and Inter all fare in European competition. The first two clubs are both competing in the Champions League whilst Inter are competing in the Europa League.

The report from the Rome based newspaper goes on to add that there is still no date for Inter’s postponed league match against Sampdoria and that again depends on how Inter get on in Europe.
