Inter Will Take Up Their Option To Buy Stefano Sensi

Inter will take up their option to sign Stefano Sensi on a permanent basis come the end of this season according to a report in today’s print edition of Tuttosport.

The 24-year-old central midfielder joined the club on a season long loan this past Summer from fellow Serie A club Sassuolo and Inter will activate the €25 million option to keep him at the club permanently.

Sensi started life in Nerazzurri in fine fashion as he grabbed three goals and four assists in his first seven league appearances for the club but things have been very stop start for him since then.

The Italian national team midfielder has sustained injury after injury which has seen his playing time significantly limited in the past few months.

He is currently sidelined with a fracture in one of his feet but is expected to make a return to full training and then the pitch just shortly.
