Inter’s attacking partnership of Romelu Lukaku and Lautaro Martinez will both be key for the Nerazzurri in tomorrow’s Derby d’Italia against Juventus, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Rome based newspaper Corriere dello Sport.

The report details how the 22-year-old Argentine striker, who is contracted to the Milanese club until 2023, has failed to score in his last four games in all competitions, last hitting the net against Cagliari at the end of January. Lautaro has scored 16 goals and provided four assists over 30 appearances so far this season, with strong performances in the Champions League against Barcelona and Borussia Dortmund. The 22-year-old is keen for a strong performance against the Bianconeri, as he understands the importance of the game in the title race.

Lukaku could have joined the Turin based club last summer had Paulo Dybala agreed to join Manchester United, the report continues. The Belgian is happy in Milan, however, and has scored 23 goals and provided five assists in 34 games across all competitions so far this season.
